Last year I bought my first apartment here in Sthlm it wasn´t cheap but it wasn´t over the top either. It´s a singelbedroom apartment about 24 square meters, so yes it´s all about compact living and smart solutions. Now I knew that I would never be able to fit a bed and sofa in this apartment and make it look good so I went on the hunt for sofa-bed. It´s hard to find a sofa-bed that looks good. I wen´t to all the stores but nothing looked good or feelt good for that matter. I was about to give up but then I found www.oazen.se I went to their webpage found the combo I was looking for Balloo it was perfect in design but buttugly in it´s brownish colour. Thank god you could choose your on colour combination. Black leather and red fabric wash my choice, yes yes it looks like sofa from a pornomovie but I don´t like to be boring. The sofa is superfunctional you just pull the seat out and fold the back down and you got a bed, under the seat ther is a compartment for your pillows and stuff or if your a drugdealer you can hide your stash there, the armrest are moblie so you can adjust them and the important thing you sleep like a prince on it. I love Oazen if I had a bigger apartement I would buy the sofa called Jack its huge and comfi, but thing I liked the most was the freedom to really custom a sofa for your needs and your own taste combined with great service from start to finish.

Madonna is back in town with a different sound well actully it´s more like a mix of Avril Lavignes - Girlfriend, Madonnas - Beutiful Stranger and a splash of Madonna - American Life. Gimmi All Your Luvin´ sounds good and very popchart friendly. It´s amazing though, that she has been around for 32 years and yet she still manages to create sweet music. 32 years in the bizz and still going strong, you got to respect that. Well I´m for one looking forward to the drop of the new album MDNA.

The Sounds are still the best rock band in Sweden. I can´t actully belive that I totally missed out that we went to the same high-school in Helsingborg and that The Sounds actully practiced in the same corridors that I walked through, shows how small the world is sometimes.

Anyway throughout the years the have released several albums - greatt lyrics, sweet beats and vocals that remind you of Blondie but much, much better!

Sthlm Kickboxning

It´s great to be hitting the pads again I have missed it so much. Today me and Fredrik went for the afternoon session at Sthlm Kickboxing one of the nicest stuidos I have been to. Also one of the studios that has the the best instructors that I have trained for so far, one of them Carina Palmers she´s rough and though but in a good way. Todays session was brutally fun, easy combos so you really had time to get into the sequences and the moves. Now don´t get me wrong about the easy part allrigth, it´s not that simple cause you really have to focus on getting the technique right and that is not easy, but thats why it is so much FUN to learn and get better at it.

So during February I will be hooking up with Fredrik for the Tuesday session and then go on my own for Thursday session so the goal for this month is twice a week and in March add on a third - yeah baby start slow and work it up - you don´t want to start of with 5 sessions a week and then slam into the wall. You need to train smart!

Mortal Combat X-BOX360

Mortal Combat an old classic arcade video-game in the BEAT EM UP genra originally developed by Midway games in the year 1992. Since then it has been produced by diffrent game developers like Acclaim and lately by Warner Games for X-box 360.

Now the specific and horrific thing for Mortal Combat games is that they are bloody, violent and yeah did I mention bloody. In the 90:s the game was censured when it was launched in Sweden - the bloodspray was yellow instead of red, I guess to resemble sweet and the Faitallity moves where less brutal. Well all that changed when the sequal was launched and since then it has been a train of mayhem through out the Mortal Combat universe.

I purchased the latest one produced in 2011 and yes it still rocks - it´s nasty, chocking, gasping and chilling... and I so wish I had a bigger TV for every punch and kick I deliver. The graphics is awesome the controll is fluid and its quite easy to punch in the combos - I mean thats the fun stuff. The storymode is very nice developed in chapters so that you follow and play each character through diffrent chapters. If you like the movie feel this is great if you are just looking for a fight go for fightmode. Now to all the parents out there, there is a reason why there is PEGI 18 on this game it´s because it´s VIOLENT and has BAD LANGUAGE. Not a lot of swearing but a lot of "these blades will taste your flesh", "you will all die", "you will not live to see your bobbies" and then ther is the violence part as well alot of ripping, shredding and cutting of heads. Might give you nightmares, but for us normal mortal people passed the age of 18, this is a entertaining game if you like traditional arcade beat em up.

I was doing my nerd-shopping yesterday at Old Town in Sthlm, dropped by SF-bokhandel and stashed up on some new books: Autumn and Autumn City by David Moody and a box of Umbrella Outbreak Mints cause in case of a Zombie outrbreak you don´t want a stinky breath.So now I got my stash for the upcoming trips in Feb.

Anyway I took a turn down an alley to drop by another comic book store but somehow I took a wrong turn and I couldn´t bother to turn back - which was a good cause I passed by Zoi Tattoo. I passed by and then made a u-turn and went in. The tattoo artist which I know now is named Mårten asked me what I had in mind: I more or less knew and had a clear vision but when I opend my trap I sounded like a chick from Miami Ink "yeah so I want a big rose on my but and there should be butterflies around it, a waterfall and may a horse that runs toward the sun" You know that kinda sh*t. Anyway I want a halfsleev, japanise style, cartoony with GI Joe motives....and he really caught on to the idea...We looked at some of is work and man it was awesome the greyscale, the blackness in his work is amzing, there was one piece with skulls wich was alomost 3-D, so cool.

The motives I want is Storm Shadow and the Baroness in a kind of Todd McFarlene style....Now who is Todd you ask? Well if you was a nerd you would not have to ask now would you - shame on you! So I sent Mårten a few pics for inspiration and we are gonna start of in April...

So freaking cool - I so wanna go back and work my ass of like Ice Queen and Miss G did!

Well Sthlm Kickboxing next week it´s gonna be fun, but it´s just not the same without someone yelling at you in thai! Oh by the way the guy in the pink shorts is Ming - he is a MACHINE. Anita said she would hook me up with him as a trainer next time. I hope by god that she was joking, cause that will be the last that you hear from me.

After that my first PBG post got about 170 hits I also recived a few mails on Facebook about PBG - I have not tried other Muay Thai camps - but trust me on this I don´t want to! What I noticed during my stay is that alot of the people that come to train at PBG do it on a regular basis, they come back for a reason - PBG takes care of you in the best way possible! Stop thinking about going and go there!

So dude there is a reason to why I have a link and a logo for PBG on my blog - I don´t get paid for it and I don´t promot crap. When things are good you should talk about it and PBG has a special place in my heart.

Now who can hook me up with a flight to Thailand? I travel light and I am flexibal so I can fit in a suitcase easily, think about it!

Every now and then there are new "diets" that surfaces in the media. A few years ago it was GI, Atkins, Stone Age food and now it´s LCHF. Diets and stuff is not my cup of tea. I eat what I want when I want it and do my own thing and I am totally fine with that. People on diets are not allways fine with what I eat and I do find it funny though how quickly some people that start a diet or change their lifestyle get judgemental. The google you and look horrified if they see pasta, rice or lord have mercy white bread on your plate - "don´t you no that stuff can kill you" they say. Yeah like a piece of bread is going to stab my ass or something - I´ll take my chances. Best thing is when they get angry,and they call you "damn carbeater"!

People I don´t judge what you eat - and if I want your opinion about my food I´ll beat it out of you. The last part is my favorite qute from Elvira Mistress of the Dark - "Listen sister if I want your opinion I´ll beat it out of you," So eat what you want when you want but leave me out of it!

What the f*ck is wrong with people, how the hell can you do this to a poor animal. I am so pissed at humanity in general right now and I really wish for five minutes with the b*stards that did this, but most off all it´s moments like theese that makes me belive in carma.

This dog reminds me of a dog at the beach in Karoon in Thailand. He had been in a scooter accident and got his snout and jaw totally trashed, but people loved him and gave him food and played with him, he was/is such a sweetheart. My heart goes out to this poor little dog!!

Off this weekend to Warszaw for a BODYPUMP® Initial Training. It´s nice to start with Initial Trainings again, my last one was in December in Prague a BODYPUMP® aswell at World Class. This one will be at Gravitan Fitness Club, it´s a growing fitnesschain in Poland with really classy clubs check it out at http://www.gravitan.pl/. At the moment they have two clubs in Waw but the are planning to expand in Poland, which is gonna be pretty cool.

DEAD Island - The book

Next week it´s time to get back on the road again or actully the up in the air. BODYPUMP Initial Traing in Warszaw is on which is really nice. Now when you travel like I do you really need to make sure that you have a good book, otherwise the flights are gonna suck monkeyass, especially if you have transferflights where you have to sit on your ass and just wait.

Now I usually don´t go for the mainstream books that you find at airports except Harry Potter which I love and if you laugh I will kick you....hard! Anyway I do my fancy shopping at a bookstore here in Stockholm which is located in Old Town it´s the Science Fiction Bokhandeln. I love this bookstore it´s full of nerds and weird people especially if you walk past the Fantasy section. So apart the fact that you might find Frodo humping your leg and mouning "my preeeescious" it´s a pretty cool store, you can find lot´s of fun stuff - so the first book of the year is Dead Island.

There is a new cat in town - White Tiger. It´s the first energy drink that is organic and fairtrade but I won´t hold that against it. I´m totally in it for the taste - WT Slim 33% less suger and 80 mg of caffien and it taste really fresh and sparkling, add a teaspoon of creatin in the mix and you are good to go to the gym. Now would you belive that a can only costs 10 SEK, it´s supercheap. I´m not a coffie person but I do like my caffein but Diet Coke just dosen´t give me that buzz anymore, I can definitly go for WT Slime for a while.

During 2011 i tried out a few Martial art studios in Sthlm, mostley Muay Thai and Kickboxing and belive me there are alot of good clubs with awesome trainers here in Sthlm. One that allways seems pop into my mind is Sthlm Kickboxning. It´s great in many ways awesome trainers, nice studio and relaxed atmosphere. The scheduale is great and the price is outstanding. The bad thing is that it´s way off from where I work and live but I´m strongly considering getting a membership there cause it´s worth the detour.During next week you can try out a free session i suggest you do that...

Les Mills Euro Summit 2012 and the story why I missed 2011

One Tribe - Be brave - Change the WORLD the core valiues of Les Mills. Once a year all the European Les Mills Trainers gather in one spot in Europe together with the awesome Program Directors from New Zealand. For three days you get to train hard, develop your skills, eat good food and party with amazing people. This year it will be in Rome 29-31 of may, which is nice cause I kinda didn´t get there last year - I had my ticket, I got to the airport but it kinda ended there...Yeah I can see that you wanna know what happend...allright make yourself comfortable....here we go...

Me and Mickey got this really good deal on a flight to Rome it was like 1500 SEK with Etiopien Airlines. Bought and paid for the day came when it was time to get to the airport, Mickey picked me up in his new ride, Rihanna blasting in the speakers we where felling ghetto bouncing down the highway. Finally we where heading for Rome. I had my bags and goodies with me and my National ID card which works as a passport within Europe. We went through security and are heading for the gate and hello passport controll.

- I´m like what is this? The guard want´s my passport because we are flying with Etiopen Airlines
- I´m like yeah but I´m flying to Rome which is in Europe I´m not going to Africa!

The guard calls her commanding officer "The Cobra Commander" and he says just let the poor man through. So all is well we get on board the plan giggling like teenage girls make ourselfs comfortable when this dude comes up and snaps with his fingers...and I´m like - Oooh no you didn´t snap your fingers at me, do I look like a dog to you, do you see a bone in my mouth.(That actully didn´t happen but I spices the story up.)

- Sir you have to get of the plane.
- I´m like why? The securityofficers cleard me.
- I´m sorry sir but you don´t have a passport and your National ID card is not vaild where the plan is landing.
- Yes it is I´m landing in ROME - ITALY - EUROPE
- Well it´s not vaild on the space that the plane lands on.
- We are still landing in Italy right?
- Yes!
- So whats the problem - couldn´t Mickey just carry me of the plan to vaild ground!
- Sorry sir it dosen´t work that way!

So I had to pick my big white ass out of the seat drag it out of the airplane and say goodbye to Mickey. At first he didn´t want to leave but after some drama I made him get on the plane again. It´s amazing how cooperativ people get when you use chlorophorm on them. I went back to my flat and watch TV I was kinda pissed, and it didn´t help to watch a documentery about plane crashes - especially since one of the planes was an Etiopien Airliner - and I´m thinking great I killed Mickey this is f'*cking Final Destination so I had to send him a text to make sure he was alive - and he was. Anywho that is my dramatic story from last year, this year I have a passport and a ticket with a non crashing airline Norwegian Airline just 1212 SEK no transfers and lots of space for mig big ass and long legs.

So kids the moral of the story is allways have your passport with you...and yeah don´t take candy from strangers, you just don´t know if they have washed their hands.

Suplements usually taste like crap - glutamin, creatin, testo-boost, protein-powders, gainers and so on. The producers allways write stuff like "most delicious ever" "taste sensation". I sometimes wonder if they compare it to licking a monkeys ass cause then I could agree. So far I have only encounterd ONE producer of suplements that makes me wan´t to come back for more: EISELT and theire SUPERDELICOUS Double Pro. So far I have tried out Peanabutter/Banan, Double Strawberry (with straweberry pieces), Coconut Pistachio and yes ALL of them taste good - like dessert. Easy to blend, dosen´t taste like ass and you can choose thickness depending on how much milk you use you can go for: Level 1: Drink Level 2: Milkshake Level 3: Pudding, and yeah read my lips still GOOD!

After finishing the last Harry Potter book I thought that I would never find a great author as J.K Rowling. They way that she created the characters,the inviorment the story and the plots was just magical. I tried to find a substitute in Percy Jackson but that was just cheap - I realized that I had to find a new genre so I went to the darkside. Now I have allways been a sucker for HORROR The Wolfman, Dracula, Interview with a Vampire but lets face it all this Twilight crap is so not me, it kind of makes me wanna vomit.

No I had to go darker then that into the world of Urban Fantasy and there I found NEWSFLESH triology by Mira Grant....Zombies is the new black. I´m not gonna write that much about the books except that the are OUTSTANDING they hook you from the first page - great characters, fantastic story, great twist, every chapter leaves you wanting more. The best part is that Miss Grant has done real research about viruses and phatogens which gives the virus in the book a very authentic character - and you can´t help thinking that yeah this sh*t might just happen, thats how good this trioligy is.

Patong Boxing Gym - PBG

I sometimes really miss the simple life of Thailand - it was AWESOME spending three weeks training Muay Thai at Patong Boxing Gym. It´s a GREAT gym, if you are going to Thailand to train Muay Thai then go for PBG you will find fantastic trainers that kick your ass - in a good way, friendly people and good food.

When I made my reservation I actully didn´t know what i was getting myself into. I will be the first to admit it - I WAS SUCH A P*SSY but still it was an amazing experience and I can´t wait to get my ass back to PBG a little bit more prepard this time.

So here you can see a part of the gym where I screamed like a girl and cried like a baby - sweety stuff. No I´m not in the picture!

Aaaah the villas...very roomy, marvelous air conditioning, lovley beds, refrigerator, TV and your own ghekoo.

PBG is the place to be and I´m planning to get my ass back there real soon but there is no way in hell I will fly economy again. Get your BITE ON with ORCBITE - now I have a lot of favorite brands when it comes to MMA gear and Clothing. You know the classics like Venum, Tap-Out, Bad Boy the list can go on and on. But the one on the top of my list that is closest to my heart is ORCBITE.

Now the man the myth and the legend behind ORCBITE is Christian "MrOrcbite" Lindell. He is such a nice guy! Sure I have never meet the man IRL, but HELLO NEWSFLASH Facebook is they way to meet people even if it is in an odd and disfunctional way - but who am I to judge. Anyway this man as worked his ass of during 2011 to get his brand out on the market and guess what, hard work pays of - The Orc GEAR is taking over and why? The ORCBITE gear is good quality stuff here are my two favorites:

The ORCBITE MMA-glove is the best f*ing glove I have ever used, it fits like a glove....Eh yeah Einstein go figure it´s a glove. The fit is exceptional, it gives great mobility for the fingers, it´s light but it packs a PUNCH!

The Slaughterhouse Board shorts - great flexibale shorts that are smooth to move in. Some shorts are made from really stiff fabric so that when you wanna kick high they either rip and you show your ass to the world or you start to sound like a girl...you know what I mean? Well ORCBITE shorts save you from this, you can kick high, go low and they make your ass look GREAT aswell!

Back from the DEAD like the living dead!

Allright so about a year ago I killed my blogg Adam Gripenblom here on Blogspot - but guess what like the undead in a Romero film it´s back now as ADAM G. Why the new short name? Well you do the math it´s a long f*ing last name and honestly who remembers it, or in the english speaking world kan pronaunce it correct -GREJPENBLAUM - yeah ADAM G works fine!

So the blogg is still under construction so be patient... what kind of sh*t am I going to be writing about...well it ain´t gonna be about politics, enviorment, polution our your grandmas socks!
